These terms govern your use of westmaderenovations.ca, and of westmaderenovations.com, which forwards to it. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website itself — renovation work we carry out for you is governed by the separate written contract we sign for that project.

This website is operated by WestMade Renovations, a residential renovation company based at 1675 Lions Gate Ln, North Vancouver, BC V7P 0E3, Canada. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean WestMade Renovations, and "you" means the person using the site.
If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site.
Using this site
You may browse the site and use the quote form for your own genuine enquiries. You agree not to use it in any way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or attempts to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to.
Specifically, you agree not to scrape or harvest content in bulk, submit false or misleading information through the form, send unsolicited commercial messages through it, upload anything containing malware, or attempt to probe or test the site's security.
The site is intended for people aged 13 and over. Entering into a contract for renovation work requires you to be of the age of majority in British Columbia, which is 19.
Quotes, estimates, and enquiries
Nothing on this website is a binding offer to perform work at a stated price. Descriptions of services, project timelines, and any figures shown are for general information and depend entirely on the specifics of your property, scope, materials, site conditions, and permit requirements.
When you send us an enquiry, we may reply with an estimate. An estimate is an indication, not a fixed price, until it has been confirmed in a signed written contract that sets out the scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and change-order process. Only that signed contract creates obligations between us for renovation work.
Submitting the form does not oblige us to take on your project, and it does not oblige you to engage us.
Project photographs and portfolio
Photographs on this site show work we have carried out. They illustrate the standard and style of our work; they are not a promise that your project will produce an identical result, and materials, finishes, and site conditions vary between properties.
Client testimonials shown on the site reflect the experience of the individual who gave them and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Content you send us
If you send us photographs, plans, drawings, or written descriptions of your property, you confirm you have the right to share them with us. We use that material to assess and quote your project.
We will not publish photographs of your home, or identify you as a client, without asking you first and getting your agreement.
Our content
All text, photographs, graphics, layout, and design on this site belong to WestMade Renovations or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the site, and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a renovation you are considering. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell, or adapt any part of it, or use our name or branding, without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, our Houzz profile, and social media accounts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Following a link means you are subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here affects the rights you have under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer-protection legislation.
This clause is about the website. Our responsibility for renovation work we carry out is set out in the signed contract for that work.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute arising out of them will be dealt with by the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
